On To The New

WoooHooo WooHoo That part is over. Just wanted to say I'm glad the Christmas holiday is behind me and I'm ready for the new year. Counting down to spring. I'll be visiting and catching up on everyone's blogs today so I'll make another post later today or tomorrow. I have work to do in the meantime too after being off for a long holiday. Our hours have been cut last week and this week also. Times will be hard for a month or so but at least I have a job.

Me too! Come on New Year. I'm ready for spring to be here. I'm also trying to figure out how to bring in some extra income. I truly don't think we've seen tough times yet.

Hi Becca, YES--it's over, but for us the hard part is to come (putting it all away)... ha.. We usually leave everything up til after Jan. 1st (our tradition)--and we've got company coming on Wed. SO--we'll celebrate a little longer.

BUT--hopefully, spring will be here soon!!!!!
Hugs,
Betsy

Yes, it's all over and we can all sigh a breath of relief - once again WE DID IT!!! I always wonder if I'm going to survive to the hectic end and somehow I always do!
Now to count the days 'til spring. Oh and those couple of beautiful days we have in January that give me spring fever almost every year.

I don't know what I would do if they cut my hours. It's hard enough to get my work done in 40 hours! Yes, at least we have jobs. They keep saying that the recession is nearly over, but I can't tell. Gas prices are still high and my company still says no over time and no raises. Hmmm. Hope the new year brings you joy, happiness, and good luck beyond degree.
